1-Sources of Islamic Law:

Quran & Sunnah:

Ijma:

1) "Obey Allah and Obey the Messenger and obey those charged with authority among you"

2) (Hadith) "My community will never agree upon an error"

Qiyas:

1) This incident can be written as a reference: The Holy Prophet sent Mu'az to Yemen. On the way the Prophet asked him "How will you Judge", Mu'az replied, "I will Judge according to the what is in the Book of Allah". The Prophet said "What if it is not in the Book of Allah", He replied "Then with the Sunnah of the Prophet", The Prophet again said, "What if it is not in the Traditions (Sunnah) of the Messenger?". Mu'az replied "Then I will strive to make an opinion" (This proves that Qiyas can be made only if Quran and Sunnah are silent"

2) "Take then warning O'you with eyes to see"

2-First Revelation:

1) Hadith: "The commencement of the revelation to the Prophet was in the form of good dreams that came in bright daylight and his love for seclusion was bestowed upon him..."

2) The Prophet recited after Angel Jibrael "Proclaim in the name of Thy Lord and Cherisher, Who created Man..."

3) Said in the Quran: "Ramazan is the month in which was sent down the Quran"

4) When Prophet returned from the cave and reported the incident to Hazrat Khadija, she replied "God will never disgrace you"

3-Difficulties faced by the Prophet:

1)Allah said to the Prophet "Expound openly what you have been commanded"

2) When the nonbelievers threatened the Prophets uncle and told him to tell Muhammad (PBUH) to stop preaching, the Prophet replied to his uncle: "O' my Uncle, By Allah, if they place the sun on my right hand and the moon on the left hand and ask me to give up preaching, even then I will not stop preaching the Word of Allah...."

4-Migration to Abyssinia:

1) Holy Prophet once said: " They are the first people (Uthman and Ruqqayah) to migrate for the cause of Allah after Abraham and Lot"

2) When Najashi (the Christian king) listen to the Surah recited by Hazrat Jafar Bin Abu Talib, he said "By God, this and the Gospel are lights of one candle"

5-Visit to Taif:

1) The Prophet said to Angel Jibrael: "How can I pray for the destruction of my people, I hope their future generations will certainly be among the believers in one God"

6-Pledges of Aqabah:

1) When Yathribites from Khawaraj tribe came to Makkah and heard about the Prophet, they said to one another: "Know surely, this is the Prophet of whom the Jews had warned us about"

2) Prophet was given Permission to go to Yathrib by Allah in these words: "Remember when they plotted against you to keep you in bonds or slay you or get you out of your house. They plan but God also plans but the best of Planners is God Himself"

7-Mairaj:

1) It is said in the Quran: "Glory to the one who took his servant on a Journey from the Sacred Mosque (In Makkah) to the Farthest Mosque (In Jerusalem)...

2) On the First Heaven, their identity was asked: "Has Muhammad been called?", Angel Jibrael replied:"He is welcomed, what an excellent visit his is"

3) "Near the Lot tree beyond which none may pass is a garden abode, Behold the Lot Tree was shrouded in mystery"
